1.     IATA DANGEROUS GOODS REGULATIONS (CATEGORY 6)
Available as: Classroom
Duration: 10 days
Recommended level: Entry-level
Prerequisites: 5 'O' Level subjects including English and Mathematics

Note: This course meets the training requirements for personnel listed in Category 6 as per Table 1.5.A of the IATA DGR.

 

Certificate awarded

An IATA Certificate of Completion is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 80% or higher on all exercises and exams. A special distinction is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 90% or higher.

With the abundance and complexity of today's fare options, your clients expect you to provide a service that is accurate, fast and more affordable than the competition. This course teaches the language of fare construction and fare rules so you can provide your customers with the best advice and the lowest fare for their air itinerary and needs. You will develop new skills through practical exercises and with the support of reference materials to become the travel professional your customers trust.

3. BASIC PASSENGER FARES AND TICKETING

4. ADVANCED PASSENGER FARES AND TICKETING

About

Construct normal fare of single pricing units and consecutive or contiguous pricing units.

Duration: 10 days (80 hours)
Recommended level: Professional
Prerequisites:

Participants must have completed "Basic Passenger Fares and Ticketing" prior to registering for this course, and covered the core elements of the Mileage System Principle, Standard Condition 100/101, the Higher Intermediate Point check and the Backhaul check.
