Mr. Jonathan Kadzura – Board Chairman Mr Jonathan Kadzura served as as Vice-Chairperson on the previous board. A businessman and farmer, Mr Kadzura has previously worked for E.R.M.I, Sammie’s Bedding, Mechanical and Veterinary Equipment, Unity Wood Working and Gramma Records. He holds qualifications in Local Government, Association of Business Executives (London), Chartered Institute of Marketing and holds a Master of Science in Organisation Development, Sheffield, United Kingdom. He has attained various awards which include: The Terry Wright Prize in the Best Paper in Management; Best Student of the Year- Institute of Marketing; Standard Chartered Bank Zimbabwe Rural Businessman of the Year. Currently he is Chairperson of ZDB Board, as well as board member to Zimbabwe Allied Banking Group, ZESA as well as Zimbabwe Defence Forces (BOT Chairperson).

Mrs. Judith Madzorera Mrs Judith Madzorera is now the Vice-Chairperson having served under the previous board. Well-versed in the field of finance with extensive experience in Public Service, she began her career with the Comptroller and Audit General. She is currently the Principal Director in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development. She holds a certificate with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in Zimbabwe, a Masters in Business Administration (NUST) and is a member of the Zimbabwe Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy. She also sits on the boards of Industrial Development Corporation, CMED, Lotteries and Gaming Board. |

Mrs. Thandiwe Thando Mlobane Mrs Thandiwe Thando Mlobane is highly experienced in Accountancy sand currently serves at the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe where she is Head–Southern Region. She worked at City of Bulawayo as Principal Accountant-Finance; Deputy City Treasurer (Finance & Administration). She served as Municipal Financial Specialist with the Urban Institute before moving to Genesis Investment Bank where she worked in the Advisory Services Department as Corporate Finance Executive. Mlobane holds a Bachelor of Accounts Degree (UZ), Local Government Accounting III (UNISA), and a Masters in Business Administration (NUST).

Mrs Netsai Matiyenga Mrs Netsai Matiyenga is a Senior Branch Manager with FBC Bank and has extensive experience in Economics and Banking. She holds a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Economics (University of Zimbabwe), a Masters of Business Administration (University of Zimbabwe) and a certificate in Wealth Management (Britts University-SA). She has previously served as an Economist for the National Economic Planning Commission, Standard Chartered Bank and Agribank. |

Dr Maxwell Mareza Hove Dr Maxwell Mareza Hove is currently Chief Government Pathologist with the Public Health Laboratories under the Ministry of Health and Child Welfare. He is also a Lecturer in the Department of Pathology with the Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals. War Veteran, renowned writer in the field of medicine and medical practitioner, Dr Hove holds an MBChB (University of Zimbabwe), Pathology AP/CP (University of Texas Medical Branch), FCAP (USA), LLB Hons ( London), an MBA (Houston,USA). |

He served in various portfolios at TA Management Services, TA Industrial Division and TA Motors Division before joining FOCUS Human Resources Consultants as a consultant. Mr Godfrey Pasipanodya Mr Godfrey Pasipanodya is currently the General Manager of the Rainbow Towers and Harare International Conference Centre. He has previously worked for the Zimbabwe Sun Leisure Group,World Disney, Orlando, Florida in the USA and Regional Director Marketing for the Zimbabwe Tourist Office- Continental Europe. He holds a Masters in Business Administration (ESCLEA, Paris School of Business) and a Bachelor of Business Studies Honors (University of Zimbabwe). |

| Dr Tendai Mahachi Dr Tendai Mahachi brings a wealth of extensive experience in Chemistry. He will be in familiar territory for he was CEO of Air Zimbabwe from January 2005 until June 2006. From there he moved to City of Harare where he is currently Chief Executive Officer. His leadership qualities have seen him holding position of director in various divisions in a number of local and regional organizations, among them Lever Brothers Malawi, Lever Brothers Zimbabwe, Unilever South East Africa covering Zimbabwe. He also held position of Non-Executive Chairman for Critall Hope Limited Zimbabwe and is a consultant with Caustic Lye Industry. He holds a PHD, Organic Chemistry (University of Minnesota Minneapolis, M.Sc Analytical Chemistry (University of Minnesota Duluth) and a BA Chemistry (Luther College Decorah, IOWA). He has professional training in Executive Leadership. |
