AIR ZIMBABWE RESERVATIONS AND BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Reservations may be made by telephone, in person or by email without obligation. Reservations not ticketed 48hrs after booking will be cancelled and Reservations made within 48hrs of departure should be ticketed simultaneously.
PASSPORTS AND NATIONAL IDENTIFICATION:
Passengers must be in possession of a full valid passport for Regional and International flights /Identification cards for domestic flights. It is the responsibility of passengers to ensure that they satisfy all applicable requirements in respect of passport and identity matters. The airline will not be held liable if you fail to ensure this as one will be denied boarding.

SPECIAL REQUEST:
If you have any special requests (eg diet/meal request, wheelchair, unaccompanied minor, travel on medical grounds and pre allocated seats) we will do our utmost to ensure that these are confirmed before departure. Medical cases shall be processed within 48hrs to allow time for clearance with the company doctor.
METHODS OF PAYMENT:
Please quote booking reference number and name at time of ticketing and pay cash at all Air Zimbabwe Sales Offices or your Travel Agent. Credit Cards are acceptable as form of payment. Air Zimbabwe accepts VISA/MASTERCARD and (DINERS for South Africa only). Cardholder has to sign the charge form at time of purchase.
Bank Transfer:
allowed through Air Zimbabwe bank (bank details are available on request). Please quote the booking reference on the bank slip, a copy of which will be taken for ticketing. Tickets will only be issued after the money has reflected in Air Zimbabwe account.
RECONFIRMATION:
Passengers are required to reconfirm all onward and return flight reservations within 72hrs prior to departure. This can be done by contacting the airline. This allows the airline to have passenger local contacts in case of any changes to the timings and also to know that passengers are still traveling as per ticket.
GENERAL TICKETING CONDITIONS:
Cancellation before departure, fare paid less USD50.00, there is no refund after departure on special fares when one segment has been used. Please note that name changes are not allowed once ticketed this may be considered as a cancellation and rebooking with a cancellation charge.
