The Rainbow Club is the brand name of Air Zimbabwe’s frequent flyer programme. This has been designed to reward the valued customers who utilize
our services. To help you know more about the Rainbow Club please find below the frequently asked questions on the operations of the Club .
How do I become a member?
You have to fill in a membership application form which you can find from our offices or your Travel Agent. You can either fill in the form online or download the form here. Fill in the form and attach tickets of past travel dating a year back. Membership is only open to individuals aged 18Years and above .
What types of account are offered?
Rainbow Club currently offers the Personal account.
How many tier levels are available?
Membership is available in three tier levels:

Qualifier level ( for one who has not reached 21 000 miles)
- Skyhigh Level – for one who has reached 21 000 miles
- Premium Level – for one who has reached 100 000 miles
How is my Rainbow Club account updated?
You need to submit your flown tickets to our office each time you travel. Failure to submit your original flown tickets means your miles will not be updated. Please note miles are not automatically credited at check-in.
What are my benefits?
Benefits depend on your Tier status .

Do my miles expire?
Miles expire after two years.
How do I claim my awards?
You need to apply at least a week in advance for your ticket. Miles will be deducted for these awards depending on the destination.
Can I redeem my miles throughout the year?
You cannot redeem your miles during peak periods. These are as follows
- 01 December – 15 January
- 01 April -15 May
- 01 Aug – 15 September
