What is my checked baggage allowance?

NB: Authorised excess baggage is 50kgs. More can be allowed, depending on cargo and baggage space availability.
What is my carry-on baggage allowance?
The maximum weight of cabin baggage is 7kgs, on domestic and regional and 10kgs on international and each piece must not exceed dimensions of 51cm x 20cm x 38cm (for flights operated by B767 and B737). Personal items such as overcoats, walking sticks, small cameras, laptops and ladies’ handbags may be carried in the cabin unconditionally.
What if I want to check-in sports equipment?

Bicycles: up to 15kg $110
Bicycles: up to 45kg $170
Large sports items: $120
Absolute Weight Cap:
No single checked-in piece can weigh more than 32kgs. Heavy items must be split across multiple suitcases.
No weight pooling is allowed.
You cannot combine weight allowance across bags e.g if the fare allows 2 bags at 23kg each, checking in 30kg bag and 16kg bag will trigger an overweight surcharge for the heavy bag.

Personal items such as overcoats, walking sticks, small cameras, laptops and ladies’ handbags may be carried in the cabin unconditionally. Push chairs and walking aids, including wheelchairs, are permitted but must be security screened.
Notice of baggage liability limitations
Liability for loss, delay, or damage to baggage is limited unless a higher value is declared in advance and additional charges are paid.
Please do not include the following items in your checked in baggage as most carriers do not assume liability for such: Laptop computers, cameras, jewelry, mobile phones, important paper samples, keys, medications and other valuables.
