The Board of Air Zimbabwe (Pvt) Ltd seeks to appoint a dynamic and professional person to the position of Managing Director.

Key Performances areas:-
Oversee the turnaround of Air Zimbabwe (Pvt) Ltd by:

• Providing strategic direction to the organization
• Implementing the airline’s vision, mission and objectives
• Co-ordinating the company’s business activities and providing strong leadership that ensures the business is run professionally and profitably
• Developing a customer centric culture that restores confidence to customers and all its stakeholders
• Grow the business through forging strategic links and partnerships
• Developing human resources so as to instil a performance focused culture
• Establishing a strong corporate governance culture within the organization

Requirements

• The candidate must be a visionary leader who is results-oriented
• Be in a possession of an appropriate recognised degree. A Masters degree will be an added advantage
• Have at least ten years managerial experience of which five years must have been at senior level in the airline industry.
• Must have strong leadership skills and ability to manage transformation in an extremely challenging airline industry
