General Ticketing Conditions
- Fares are subject to change without prior notice
- Change will attract a charge of booking fee USD75 for Johannesburg and USD50 for Dar-es-Salaam.

- Ticketing to be done at all Air Zimbabwe Offices or any Travel Agent
- Baggage allowance
- No children discount on all classes except Y class children's (2-11years) discount 25%. except business class when available children pay 100%
- Infants (less than 2 years) discount 90%
- Fares are combinable with the most restrictive rules applying
- Reservations not ticketed 48hrs after booking will be cancelled and if made within 48hrs of departure should be ticketed simultaneously
- Applicable changes permitted provided same booking class is available, if not upgrade to the next higher fare.
- Valid on UM services only,
- Non re-routable and non- endorsable
