Interested bidders are required to download tender documents that consists of the instructions and scope of service from Air Zimbabwe Website www.airzimbabwe.aero and/or from email:
tenderqueries@airzimbabwe.aero.
Your bid submission should be done on the encrypted email: disposal@airzimbabwe.aero not later than the closing date inserted. Onsite visit to be done from 0900 to 1400 hours local time or virtual view of the aircraft via a link to be requested via email tenderquesries@airzimbabwe.aero will be done on Tuesday 10 June 2024. Technical documentation can be accessed via a Google-link on request through e-mail tenderqueries@airzimbabwe.aero
Bidders must regularly check the website until the tender closes for updates and responses to queries.
Please note that the earlier Tender Notice 1075 of 2025 has been effectively superseded by this new Tender Notice.
